Our booked schedule means we are actively working to take care of our customers in the community. While sometimes frustrating, this is a good thing! It means we have taken the time to build relationships within Sierra Vista and the surrounding area** to be the first choice for home repair and remodeling. But this means we are typically booked solid for 6-8 weeks in advance.

If you have an emergency, like your house has been flooded from busted pipes, we do our best to accommodate you, as we understand how important it is to take care of this issue before it ruins your home.

But not everything is an emergency. Most of the time, it's inconvenient. That doesn't make it unimportant, but it just falls in place in our queue. We understand, especially when you've put money down, that you want to see the project done sooner, and we do everything in our power to do just that. We touch base weekly to let you know the progress of your project.
